AAC Device Certification!

Smart Solutions, an innovative and mission-based company revolutionizing home automation technology for individuals with physical disabilities, is excited to announce the launch of its new certification program.

Smart Solutions has emerged as a disruptive company in the assistive technology space by developing Simply Smart, the first cross-platform, multi-access method home automation system designed with an accessible user experience.

Smart Solutions is currently licensed for all iOS and Android devices.  However, proprietary ecosystems remain an unlicensed platform.  This population often uses Windows-based AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communications) devices for speech purposes.

To address a myriad of propriety Windows-based AAC devices, Smart Solutions created a set of standards for development and testing that ensure reliability and the user experiences are not compromised.

CEO Kevin Braswell's vision is to provide a comprehensive solution, regardless of operating system, that addresses smart home accessibility with an ecosystem of peripherals supporting this need.
